• Geomechanical studies of stress-strain and gas-dynamic state of rock mass to ensure efficient and safe exploitation of mineral deposits;
• Study of rock mass and ground surface deformations, the impact of mining on underground and surface structures and development of measures for their protection;
• Study of the structure and geodynamics of the lithosphere by geology and geophysical methods in order to search for mineral deposits and predict mining and geological conditions of their development and environmental changes
